Making a Difference in the Life of a Child

The Wayne County Child Support Enforcement Agency is dedicated to working with our partners in child support toward the common goal of getting support to the children of the families we serve.

The aim of the child support program is to help families by promoting family self-sufficiency and child well-being. We provide assistance in obtaining financial and medical support for children by establishing paternity (legal fatherhood) and support obligations, enforcing those obligations, and by locating parents.
